He leads the technical vision and product strategy with a hands-on approach. The company also conducts field product testing and analysis for leading manufacturers on a range of construction tools and scientific test and measurement equipment.

In 1999, Greg launched the home-improvement portal Builders Websource® and BuildersTALK® online construction forum, serving millions of consumers and professionals with premium content, structural design software, and advice on residential construction and home improvement. Greg has authored and contributed to numerous engineering technical articles on topics including foundation drainage,  CPVC and copper plumbing, mold prevention, and environmental indoor-air quality (IAQ) data logging. As the author of the e-book Building a Dream, Greg shares his knowledge of fine homebuilding with an engineering orientation. In his capacity as the founder and president of Builders Websource, the New York Times featured Greg as an industry authority on adoption of PEX plumbing in North America.

Based in California's Silicon Valley, Greg has extensive experience in four technology start-ups, and has held senior leadership roles at Fortune-500 IT companies including EMC, NetApp and Hewlett-Packard. His 360-degree customer focus stems from cross-functional experience in business development, customer service, engineering, marketing, product management, operations and sales. In 2015, Greg joined the board of Zizmos, Inc., where he serves as an executive board member and strategic advisor to the Palo Alto startup focused on seismic early warning and high-density shake mapping using wireless sensors.

Greg graduated from Stanford University with academic and engineering honors. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and two US patents, with two additional pending.
